At Primally Pure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural skincare routine. If a product isn't a perfect fit for your skin, we offer a 30-day return policy for a store credit or refund on most items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging or a secure box to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
